MY FAVORITE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

rosemary vinaigrette

This is great on a any kind of salad, you can make it elegant or simple by adding things like onions and cheese. I love this dressing because kids love it and so do adults. I love dipping red bell peppers and mini carrots in it. You can also make a lot and store some in a glass jar. It is a simple vinaigrette with a twist, rosemary and garlic. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
1/3 of a cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove
1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves (or 1/4 tsp dried) or fresh basil leaves
2tbsp. water
1/2 tsp course salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 extra virgin olive oil

Steps
In a blender combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Blend until smooth. Then with the blender still on add the oil. Blend until creamy.
