I love this recipe. I love smoothies so much! It is definitely safe to say that I am a smoothie addict. I have one every morning and one after school. I love them!!!! the other day my friend offered me a sip of her smoothie and I said “Um, yes, duh, also lets be best friends OK?!” Any way I really like smoothies. However I don’t drink kale smoothies. I don’t want any of that diet/cleanse/healthy garbage, I want straight up, makes me feel like I’m in Hawaii, tropical, sweetness. I hope after trying this recipe you will all understand what I mean. Maybe later I’ll even share my breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas (must be fresh!)
1 medium mango (or 10 oz frozen mango)
2 tbsp liquid (milk or water)
2-3 tbsp orange juice (optional)
¾ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1. In a blender blend both bananas together until creamy.
2. Next add the mango and blend until no lumps remain (if the mango is not blending just stir it).
3. Add blueberries, strawberries, liquid, and orange juice (if using). Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses and enjoy! If you want to make it look extra nice you can add a dollop of vanilla yogurt on top.
